Mission Complete!

I have finally arrived at my destination - HOME. Here is the journey in photos (because let's face it - we're all visual people)

From NO DRIVING at all, to driving through the SNOWY and icy mountain pass. Isn't it beautiful?

When I got home there were flowers, banners and balloons EVERYWHERE. Mr. C scrubbed the house from top to bottom, and it was SPOTLESS.

Even the dressing room had fresh flowers in it. Yes........I have a dressing room (I'll tell you the story later). See the mannequin looking out the window? That's Priscilla (Yes- I have faux friends everywhere). You can read about her story HERE. She scared the crap out of me on my first night. All I saw was her figure in the dark - and it was an instant adrenaline rush as I thought there was a man standing there. Fuh-reak out!

Here's a close- up these flowers. Aren't they pretty? Orchids, right?

French champagne and a rich ruby red candle waited for me in the dining room.

Over the top girly cup-cake set with French Poodle and Eifel Tower toothpicks were in the kitchen

Finished off with a bag of truffles and chocolate EURO coins. Thoughtful, right? Of course there were banners outside along with a yellow ribbon tied on the tree. This is the way a homecoming should be! Over the top and wonderful - which I got to enjoy alone and relish all of the details slowly.

However....now it's time to start unpacking. Holy crap, that's a ton of stuff!

FATALITY: My vintage 60's cake stand (and the perfect surface for a vase of flowers). I didn't realize the top was glass - or else I would have packed it differently. Suck.

So now that I'm finally home, lets see what kind of trouble I can get in adventures head my way. Let the journey begin!

xoxo
